How do I feel at the moment?
☼ Tired!! We got back from Bali yesterday and then we were straight back to reality today
What do I need more in my life?
☼ BALANCE – I’m still searching for a happy medium with work, children, family, friends and life in general.
What would make me happy right now?
☼ Jumping back on a plane to Bali
What is going right in my life?
☼ Everything, in this present moment I have so much to be grateful for.

When did I experience joy this week?
☼ Well today is Monday and I enjoyed seeing my work colleagues again and giving out some gifts
List a small victory/success?
☼ Getting back into normality after a holiday with such ease
What is bothering me & why?
☼ Oh my goodness, I would need another blog post for this. Greedy, unreasonable people!
What are my priorities at the moment?
☼ My mental health to be able to be a better mum and wife and completing my studies
What do I love about my self?
☼ My passion with the things I do and the inspiration I try and spread.
Who means the world to me & why?
☼ My husband who is my rock and showed me the light when I was in a dark place. My children for the joy they have bought into my life. My family for their unconditional love even when things aren’t perfect and my friends who are an important part of my tribe.
If I could share one message with the world, what would it be?
☼ Be kind to one another
What advice would I give to my younger self?
☼ Self-love is the most important daily practice there is.
What lesson did I learn this week?
☼ That you wont always understand other people’s choices and that’s ok. What is important is growth, a positive mind frame, moving forward and leaving the past in the past.
If I had all the time in the world, what would I do first?
☼ Finish off some books I never have time to read
What’s draining my energy?
☼ A couple of people
What does my ideal morning look like?
☼ Weekday morning: Wake up, get ready, my children been dressed and ready to go, packing lunch, making a smoothie and leaving for work/school on time.
☼ Weekend morning: A small sleep in, waking up to my children playing nicely together, breakfast, washing and cleaning.
What does my ideal day look like?
☼ Weekday: Morning as stated above, having a positive day at work with my team, lunch, picking up my children from school care with positive feedback, dinner, shower and bed
☼ Weekend: Morning as mentioned above. Grocery shopping done and chores done before lunch time, a walk to the park to relax and a delicious dinner with my family followed by a movie and bed.
What makes me come alive?
☼ Having a cup of tea while writing a blog and burning incense. Oh and online deliveries!!
What/who inspires me the most?
☼ Books, TED talks and my incredible husband
Where does my pain originate?
☼ Dwelling on my past which triggers my anxiety

☼ I would love to learn and experience more of the Buddhist culture

☼ Practice more positive self talk and make meditation a compulsory part of my day
