A new beginning

“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.”

It has been a whirlwind of a month and as we reach the end I am leaving behind what has been perhaps the most consistent part of my life for the last 7 years, my job.

I recently accepted redundancy which triggered a roller coaster of emotions that inevitably left me feeling mentally exhausted.

So why am I writing this post? Well this news has been a reminder to me that change is inevitable and we have to be open to it. Our thoughts are the key to how we view different situations and are ultimately what set us free.

So while I have felt uncertainty in this change I’m ready for whatever it brings. One thing I can be sure of is my passion for writing and becoming a life coach has been reignited and most importantly I cant wait to be a happier, more present mum and wife to my little family.

Thank you so much for reading ☮

Hi Natalie……wise words once again and definitely good for me to hear as I leave my job of 17 years and move into a new role in a new place….scary stuff with plenty of uncertainty …. .but all a part of the rich journey of life.
Go you….enjoy the break for a while and let life take you into a new and exciting beginning xx
