I love to write (with a pen preferably) but have decided to try and save some tree’s and type instead.

I’m always looking for ways  to share some positivity with the people around me, no matter if i spend 5 minutes or a lifetime around them.

I want to show my children that practicing gratitude, showing compassion and helping others is just as important in life as using manners, getting an education and working.

I’m here to share my journey and some tips as to how i try and spread some positivity as well as being honest through my ups and downs dealing with anxiety and depression.
